As autumn takes control over the once green lands of Tarhia, a dark cloud travels over the plains and finaly stops over the Dread Citadel in the town of Gothar. Siting on his throne with a dim look on his face, Adrian Krue assembles his advisors to start the siege on Romia.
On his hight throne, dressed with a long red embroidered robe, equipped with the sword of
Kaz'Roa, a magical blade that was not only used in melee combat but substituted as a staff as
well. Unlike Edward Gray, Krue came from a family that only knew magic as a form of defense
and offense, physical features being they're weak point. Knowing that Krue always had on his side his most loyal subject captain Thyr. He was a man of great posture and strength. They say that his armor alone can crush a normal person, but he seems not to be upset by it. Two giant axes are strapped to his back, and with the shining armor he seemed as a demon brought back from the Underworld.
Krue stands up from his throne and yells

- Why haven't i conquered Romia yet?!

A wave of silence comes over the room, broken by Thyr's words:
-I guarantee you sire, that our first atack will be the last on Romia. They do not have a chance against my soldiers.
-That may be so Thyr, but you haven't considered the magic that Romia has. I have felt a new magical power... maybe the latent magic from ancient Romia, but rejuvenated. Romians are yet again receiving magical training. What does the first Wizard think of this impediment?
-If i may sire, Romians were once a great order of wizards, but no longer. The magical resources would have been depleeted by now. They're people are no match for our mages.
-Send your best scout to Romia. We need to know exacly what is going on there. My instincts never lie. Be gone, i need to meditate on this.

Krue returns to his chambers more troubled than ever. With a damp look on his face he goes into the meditation room, a magical room scribed with runes. He stepps into the magical circle and bright lights flow through him entering a state of meditation.

At the same time, in Romia, Edward starts to gather his army. Out from the court of his castle, he goes to the Military Quarter to meet up with his captains. Edward, unlike Krue, was a pure heart warrior. His family was one of magic manipulators, but he had no mana in him, instead being blessed with an amazing strenght and a good heart. Equipped with his light armor, and a short sword he goes to see the status of his troops. He goes up Freeman's Hill overseeing the whole town of Romia. There he meets with Cpt. Qas, the leader of the Romian army and overseer of the Warriors Guild.
-Greetings your highness. I am glad to announce you that we have received word from all our legions outside Romia, and they are all returning home. We will have all our people here in 3 days time.
-Good work captain. But im afraid this wont be enough against the vast armies of Tarhia. I shall go to Syris and see about talking with the elves.
-Very good idea sire. I shall assemble the army at once and report to you immediately.

And so Edward heads to the Obelisk of Time to speak with Syris. The Obelisk was never so full of life and joy of learning. Small fireballs were flying left and right, apprentices conjuring all kinds of spells and high in the balcony stood Syris with Astiria.
-Good day to you Syris. I need a moment of your time.
- Certainly sire. What is it you need.
 - I need you to go and talk with the leaders of the Elves. We need they're help if we are to survive this upcoming war.
- It so happens that Astiria is half Elf. I'm sure she can arrange a meeting for you and the Elven leaders.
- I would be most grateful to her. Please let me know as soon as possible.

Syris went and explained the situation to Astiria and without delay she sent a flying messenger in form of an owl to the city of Eludia. No one knew exactly where this city was, only the elves knew and even they needed an owl to guide they're path there.
As time passed by, more and more tropps came in Romia, wizards started to learn more complex spells, and an air of hope risen over the town people.

After a long meditation Krue comes into the Chamber of Command where Thyr was overlooking a map of Tarhia.
- Thyr! Go to the Temple of Sorrow and summon my assassins. I yet have a quest for them. My
templar assassins will get to experience war once again.

After being appointed Leader of the Magi Order, Syris began training young wizards again. His task was not an easy one, for there have not been a Magi Order in Romia for 5 centuries. With his hopes high and motivated by the young minds who wanted to learn the ways of magic, Syrius knew that he couldn't teach alone. So he sent word to an old friend of his, a wizard that couldbreak mountains so he said. Manny new apprentices came daily to the Obelisk, in search  of magic. There was a thirst of power within the people, and with the close war at hand, the timing seemed perfect.
Syris gathered all the apprentices in the inner court of the Obelisk to start his first lesson.  At first glance it seemed as tho only children have arrived, with fewer summers than an
little oak tree. But once Syris took a better look, there were people of all ages among the young ones.

-Welcome to the Obelisk of Time. Some of you may know me, some may not. I am Syris, Great Wizard of Dhalia and Leader of the Magi Order. In the next few short weeks i will try my best to teach you the ways of magic. But before you learn any spell, any enchantment or trick from me you must know the history behind our sacred order.

From the back of the crowd a tall, hooded person standing in the middle of a archway and with a clear of a throat she asks:

 - But wouldn't we learn the spells from history itself?

The voice sounded familiar to Syris but he couldn't put a face to it tho. With a swift move of his magnificent staff, he sends a wave of air towards the hooded person in order to remove the hood and reveal its face. The person immediately takes out a staff from her robe and with a sturdy move grabs the staff with two hands and impales it into the ground reflecting Syris's spell. Everyone was amazed and the silence was broke by the persons voice:

 - You haven't changed a bit Syris, the same inquisitive ego and fast reactions. But i feel
you have got a bit rusty with your magic.
She now takes the hood down and looks confidently at Syris with a perky smile:
- Nice to see you again Syris!
 - Astiria?! But i have just sent a courier to deliver a letter to you and yet here you are not moments after. You never cease to amaze me. Everyone i want you to meet one of the few  female wizards in Tarhia, Astiria Wintersun.
One of the younger apprentices asks Syris:

- But my father taught me that only men can become wizards, and women can only be trained in  enchanting...

- You are right son. Only men can become wizards but as any given rule, there is always a  counter rule to it. Astiria is one of the counter rules. As i have spoken earlier, first you must need to understand the way of the Magi, the history of the order. You see, wizards and enchantresses main power lays in the energy so called mana. Without it no sage can perform any sort of magic. And of course there is Magic, the one thing that binds us all. We receive mana from the Creator, and we replenish it through the magic. The reason why only men can become wizards is that of the quantity of mana one person has. Women are known for they're stronger magical connection, but men can utilise it more. Of course there are exceptions from the rule, my good friend Astiria being one of them. But more history later, i will now let Astiria tell you a little bit about what it is to be a mage. Astiria takes down the hooded cloth and reveals a beautiful red robe and a green moon-staff. She walks up to the center of the court.

 - There are two kinds of mages. There are the Wizards, which are magical warriors and enchantresses supporters of magic. None can fight without the other. Its a permanent connection that the wizard has with enchantresses. A wizards main weapon is the staff. Of course he does not use it melee, but it the situation requires it, it could also be done. Two of the most important parts of what makes a wizard is both the staff and also the robe. The robe channels the magic to the wizard in order for him to use it. Of course mages are not the only order that uses magic. You also know the warriors, the priests and ... the peaceful rangers. All of them use magic in they're actions.
-Thank you Astiria, well spoken words. And now a word for all of you apprentices. Find your inner calling, you may not succeed in the training of wizardry but take into consideration there are other orders that would suite you as well. For those of you who want to stay in the order of magi, know this; the usual training of a wizard takes a whole lifetime, but we will try to do it as fast as possible with war being on our footsteps. I bid all of you good chances in the endeavors that you are to begin.

After he spoke his mind to the people, Syris and Astiria started to assemble the order and began training with the apprentices. But in the meantime, far away across the lakes of Kel'Doom and the Forsaken Forest, in the town of Gothar, the capital city of the Tarhian empire, Adrian Krue gathers all his advisors in order to start they're final endeavor into conquering the lands of Romia.

The news of a war comimg apon Romia were spreading like a plague through out the province. Edward Gray, the leader of the Romians, started to worry for his people and went to the High-Priest Appolon for advice. Appolon was one of the 3 High-Priests from the Order of the Creator, and have always been a spiritual guide for his people, both in times of peace but in also times of war. As Edward comes out from the palace, he stumbles upon Syris, the Great Wizard of Dhalia. Standing tall in front of the palace stairs, with his white robe and red staff in hand, he makes a request to the guards to speak with Edward.

- I am Syris, Wizard of Dhalia, at your disposal sire. I wish to speak with you at once.
Edward takes a good look at the wizard and even tho he had more pressing issues at hand, he said to Syris:
- What is your purpose here, wizard?
- Can we talk somewhere more private sire? I have extremely important news to reveal to you.
- Very well, wait for me in the Council's Hall. I shall be with you soon.

They part ways and Edwards continues his way to the High-Priest. He arrives at the Creator's Hall, in the middle of the inner city, a beautiful building, preceded by a green garden with two white trees and succumbed by vegetation. A true altar of life and peace. Edward goes inside and greets the High-Priest.

- Greetings High-Priest Appolon. I come to you in times of distress and fear. I have come to get your council.
- Blessed be sire! I knew you would come, and i am prepared to give you the Creator's will in your troubles.
- High-Priest, the tides of war stand against us again. We are the last bastion of peace and freedome in the world of Tarhia. Krue's attention is now twards us, what is the Creator's will in all of this?
- The Creator's will, never reveals itself to us untill the time is right, and we are prepared to understand it. Patience you must have my lord.
- Patience? We stand before an empire, a army much much larger than ours, and you tell me to be patient? In all your wisdom High-Priest, i cannot just stay and wait for our people to be distroyed by Krue's army.
- I understand you are troubled by this situation sire, but you must try and be patient. I will go in the Highlands at the Temple of Creation and consult with my brothers to ask guidance from the Creator.
- I await your return High-Priest. Make haste for we don't know how much time we have.

Edward leaves the Creator's Hall, and heads for the Council Hall, to speak with Syris, hopeing that he will find some answers from the wizard.

- Sorry to have kept you so long wizard. We may talk now. Speak your mind.
- Sire, i know we have a great war ahead of us, and there is no way of dodging it. Krue's wrath will come sooner or later upon Romia and i am here to offer you my services.
- It is always good to have a Great Wizard by my side. But you seem to know more than i. What is it?
- My discipols have brought to my attention that Krue has started to turn all the wizards in the fallen regions to fight by his side. Many have fallen to his charms, and the Tarhian army grows stronger by the day. We must do something about it sire.
- What do you propose?
- It has been long sice Romia has trained wizards, but i wish to take on that resposability and begin once more the making of wizards and enchantress.
- You have been a good friend of the Gray family Syris. I shall trust you in this and appoint you once again Leader of the Magi Order.
- I thank you sire, and i will not let you down.

Even tho Syris was much older than Edward a sence of mutual respect was found between those two. Syris went on to the Obelisk of Time where he would begin the training of new wizards and enchantress. He went into the town and neghbouring villages in search of new apprentices. Soon the Obelisk of Time was once again flowing with magic, and the first sign of hope in the war against the Tarhians shined down apon Romia.

In a time long before us, the time when magic played a key role in the human life and battleswere won through the power of the sword and axe, the world needed a ray of hope. The tides of  war were upon the people of Romia, the last free region of Tarhia. The wicked succesor of the Krue family, a long generation of rullers in Tarhia, had the ambition of conquering the whole world of Tarhia. Krue's werent allways terrifing rullers, but once Adrian Krue got a hold of the royal throne of Tarhia everything changed. Tarhia used to be a world of peace, where each region had its own rulling and set of laws. From the frozen wastelands of Abdim, where prince Jason Lox overseen the whole region fo Abdim, to the grassy southlands of Lode, Tarhia was a world of manny faces and beauties. The lands of the world were superb, old trees in the Forest of Peace, that were so high if you were to try to look at the top of them you would easily fall on your back, flowers of all colors and shapes, the blue sparkling sky, the northern lights that came beautifuly at night... the world was a great place to live. But all this came to an end when Adrian Krue started the occupation of each region of Tarhia one by one and slaying the leaders and elders of all the regions. His plans had worked out as expected up till the region of Romia. What made Romia the final defence of the tirant Krue, was that it was led by Edward Gray. Edward was the last of his bloodline, a bloodline which had a glorious past, leading wars against the dreadfull Trolls (a race of human like creatures that had amazing powers physical and magical alike), the Gai'Gon's (a firece family of wizards which rallied whole regions to they're cause starting a war against the leaders of Tarhia). His father was Benjamin Gray, a noble and powerfull man, and with a heart that matched. He always fought for freedom, peace and to help others. Edward's mother tho, died gaving birth to him, but as her husband, she was a terrific woman. She was the first woman ever to finish the training of the Magi and to become a Wizard.

As the tides of war are on the steps of Romia, the people turn to the spiritual guider for council. The High-Priest Appolon, an old and wise man who has always helped his people in times of trouble, and in which they had great confidence and trust. High-Priest Appolon serverd the Order of the Creator, an Order of priests and spiritual people who got they're orders from the Creator itself. The Creator communicated with the Order through prophecies in the form of giant stones that were dropped from the heavens in the Valley of Creation. The last piece of prophecy that man-kind has got sayed "In times of great threat, heroes will hide, cowards will arise and wars will be lost". No one knew for sure what the prophecy ment and more important when it will come true.
The night comes upon the purple sky of Tarhia, and Romians can only hope that, somewhere, someone will come and show them the ray of hope that is so much needed.
